António Gaspar Schwalbach-profile

António Gaspar Schwalbach is a founding partner of Spear Legal and dedicates his practice to Tax Law and Tax Litigation, advising companies, investors, and family groups on complex tax matters.

Throughout his career, he has advised leading national and multinational companies on corporate restructuring operations, M&A transactions, and the reorganization of family assets, as well as on investment projects in Portugal.

His experience spans various sectors, including beverages, healthcare, automotive, real estate, information technology, renewable energy, and temporary staffing firms, as well as providing support to private clients on estate and succession planning matters.

He also has extensive experience in pre-litigation and tax litigation, handling cases before the Tax Authority, national courts, and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
