SPEAR LEGAL has appointed Miriam Campos Dionísio as a senior associate, strengthening its Tax Law team, with a particular focus on domestic and international tax consultancy.
Throughout her career, she has advised companies and private individuals on complex tax matters, such as corporate restructuring, M&A transactions, the reorganisation of family assets and investment projects in Portugal.
Her practice also encompasses tax advice on personal income tax (IRS), corporation tax (IRC), VAT, property transfer tax (IMT) and stamp duty, as well as extensive experience in pre-litigation and tax litigation, handling cases before the Tax Authority and national courts.
Spear Legal’s new solicitor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Forensic Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She completed a postgraduate course in European Customs Law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica.
