Tiago de Sousa Freitas is a partner at Spear Legal and focuses his practice on Tax Law and Tax Litigation, representing companies, investors, and family groups on complex tax matters.
Throughout his career, he has represented domestic and multinational companies, as well as private lientes, at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages, handling proceedings before the Tax Authority, the national courts and the European Court of Justice.
His experience spans a wide range of industries, including beverages, healthcare, automotive, real estate, information technology, civil explosives, the financial sector and private equity funds.
