Miriam Campos Dionísio is a Senior Associate at Spear Legal and focuses her practice on Tax Law, with a particular emphasis on domestic and international tax advisory matters.
Throughout her career, she has advised domestic and multinational companies on complex tax matters, including corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, private wealth structuring matters and investment projects in Portugal. Her experience also encompasses tax advice relating to Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Real Estate Transfer Tax (RETT) and Stamp Duty.
She also has solid experience in tax administrative and judicial proceedings, assisting taxpayers in matters before the Portuguese Tax Authorities and the national courts.
